GoodKarma is the name we’ve given to the part of our business that helps companies to create a positive future for themselves as well as the communities and environments in which they operate. We borrowed the term from eastern faith traditions to simplify what corporate responsibility is really all about - the law of cause and effect.
In other words, what goes around comes around… and there’s a mountain of research and hard evidence that clearly demonstrates doing good is good for business.
At GoodKarma we apply the innovative thinking and models that have evolved as part of the business philosophy known as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). During the past decade in Europe and the United States, CSR has moved from the margins to the mainstream. Many Australian companies - including Westpac, Ergon, Lend Lease and Australia Post - have made it part of their central business strategies. It’s an incredibly positive force for good.
