In terms of payment for services provided, Vida takes a flexible approach. Where possible, we prefer to negotiate a monthly fee assessed on an individual client basis, depending on our involvement with your marketing activities. In return for this fee, you receive or have access to:

• Marketing strategies and campaign planning
• Project management and supplier liaison
• Database design, specification, segmentation and list selection
• Creative concepts
• Meetings, presentations, workshops, etc.
• Industry compliance
• Vida network contacts

To some clients we extend the option of a results-based payment plan (percentage of income generated after expenses), either as an adjunct to a lower fee agreement or in place of a fee altogether.

At other times we are prepared to work on a project-by-project basis. In these cases we always provide a cost estimate for approval up-front before starting any project or campaign.
